La Casa di Nina is a four-bedroom home with sublime vintage decoration, measuring 150sqm and accommodating up to 10 guests! It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom, kitchenette and a veranda with a view of the garden. It is air conditioned and is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a sofa-bed. Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned and features a king-sized bed and a veranda with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned and features a queen-sized bed and a veranda with a view of the garden., whereas bedroom 4 is air-conditioned and features a queen-sized bed and a veranda with a view of the garden.
The comfortable living room has a sofa that, upon request, can be turned into a double bed accommodating two additional guests. Moreover, it also features a standard single sofa-bed where another guest can sleep.
The outdoor area is truly something worthy of admiration; a built BBQ with a dining area covered in lush greenery, as well as a brand-new luxurious swimming pool!
The La Casa di Nina owners live on the first-floor apartment. The guests’ privacy is guaranteed, since the apartment’s veranda is oriented at the other side (not at the swimming pool).
